Edubloggercon at BLC

This is one of my all time favorite conferences. I always look forward to it.

I am helping to organize a free pre-conference event: EduBloggerCon East
Tuesday July 28, Park Plaza hotel, 9am - 5pm

Please join our group on the NL Connect Ning.
Click here to add yourself to the attending page.

Hope to see you there.

A truly collaborative learning experience.

Getting to the Park Plaza early? Consider EduBloggerCon. This event is a “collaborative conference” where attendees help to build and create the experience. At the start of the day, attendees will work together to develop sessions based on the submissions that attendees have indicated they are willing to facilitate or would like to learn about. Learn more here.

This event is free, and you can attend even if you are not registering for the full BLC conference.

Hi Elizabeth,

Thanks for responding to my questions about the EduBloggerCon East event. I am not sure if I'll be able to make it but if I do, I'll make sure to leave my sales hat at home. Ed tech is my passion and I can find plenty tons to discuss about it aside from GradeGuru.com. We're just one small player in a much larger collaborative learning movement.

Warmly,

Yianni Garcia

BLC is an incubator of great ideas

Last spring, at the end of a full day of keynotes and presentations at BLC 11, @ewanmcintosh @dkuropatwa, a few others and I hit Beantown for refreshments and a kick at the day’s notes. The idea of problem-finding, of asking question to which no one knows the answers, emerged as a new model for pedagogy. [...]
