A Little About You
I am President and Principal Consultant at Hollinger International, an international school consulting and coaching firm serving private, public and charter schools, nonprofit organizations and education companies. I provide leadership coaching and tailored, strategic assistance to establish and improve schools.

Prior to consulting and coaching, I founded and directed two dual-language international schools. My faculty and I designed and delivered innovative education programs that produce high academic and social achievement for students from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.

I hold PhD in Education from the University of Virginia, a MEd in Special Education from American University and a BA in General Studies from the University of Maryland. I am also a certified administrator of the EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory).
