"Jennifer, I use the fitnessgram and activitygram software programs in my classes that I teach. This program, especially the activitygram, allows the students to enter activities that they do during the week and see how much true exercise they are…"

I am researching increasing vigorous activity for students in grade 9. I am looking for interactive sites and or suggestions to help students "own" their daily activity levels and future fitness related health goals.

I'm new to tech, want my students to experience what can be created and performed with students around the world in the development of personal and community health and wellness. I am currently enrolled in a master of education program. Someone said today "things we can't easily get back or learn when we are older,Our Health, Musical abilities and languages. I want every person to experience age appropriate physical education all over the world.
